Needed urgent appointment and got excellent treatment

My daughter first time at the dentist they was lovely

I have been attending SpaDental practice in Tewkesbury for over 10 years and have always found the service & treatment to be of a very high standard.

I highly recommend this practice.

[My dentist] explains all the options for any dental work that needs to be undertaken in a pleasant & very professional manner.

Although delayed over the Christmas period until Jan 18th, I was informed and given choice.Staff very pleasant.

[My therapist] was kind, considerate and very professional. She exceeded my expectations in every way!

My son has attended a NHS dentist all his life (he’s nine) this was our 1st visit to this practice. It was recommended we saw an orthodontist. This was the 1st time ever this was suggested. We saw the dentist late Monday afternoon we had a phone call from Yeovil hospital wanting to book an appointment Thursday morning the same week. The appointment is scheduled for May but the referral from this practice couldn’t have been quicker. It was the 1st time anyone had taken the time to show my 11 year old daughter how she wasn’t brushing her gums. Also it was explained how many baby teeth she still had . It was a refreshing visit and would highly recommend.

I am a verynervous patient, the hygienist was so lovely, she took her time, explained what she was going to do and was really gentle. She gave me advice on how to clean my teeth going forward. Very happy with my experience.

My sons dentist is so very caring and patient. She makes it very relaxed, even made my mum think she could actually now sit in the chair after years of bad experiences.

Excellent standard of care – everything was carefully explained and I didn’t feel scolded for having an imperfect hygiene routine

You can never say it is a pleasure to go to a dentist, but this was the nearest to it I feel. I had a lovely dentist and dentist nurse and was explained everything clearly.
