Taking on board the pandemic situation I received excellent service in the present climate.

New patient having transferred from a different SpaDental. Given an appointment very quickly when I needed it and received very good service.

I was very worried on my initial appointment as it had been 3 years since my last dental check up, thankfully everything was ok and I was made to feel very relaxed by my dentist.

My next appointment was with the hygienist, once again all very relaxed, I was concerned about a rather sensitive back tooth and they listened to me and did everything they could to not cause me any pain.

I felt like my teeth have had a spa session!

I had lost a filling / part of a tooth and expected an expensive crown treatment. [My dentist] took an x-ray and advised that there almost certainly wasn’t enough tooth left for a crown, and that alternatives would not only be very expensive, but depending on what I chose, might not last. He filed the sharp bit down and suggested I try living with it as it was for a while as this should not cause problems. It’s good to have a dentist who advises the practical solution rather than the one that will earn the practice money, and even better, he didn’t charge me on this occasion (it was a very quick visit, but even so, it’s heart-warming to receive such a nice surprise). He’s always so friendly and sensible too.

A 6 month inspection and a visit to the hygienist ,both carried out with care and professionalism.

I have been with this practise since I was 3 years old and I have seen it change hands a few times. It is always a welcoming practise and the staff very aware about patients and there fears. I would recommend this practise to anyone looking for dental care. My only concern now is that after just having a check up with the dental practitioner and because she was wearing a mask and shield that I did not hear properly what she was saying to me I did say sorry I did not catch that and she did repeat but I think she must be a soft spoken lady as I still left feeling WHAT!! did she say ??

The reminder email is very helpful as we all lead busy life’s and could easily forget an appt. The reception staff at this practice is one of the best, always a happy and helpful service. THANK YOU. 🙂

The staff are friendly and the dentist and hygienist take time to explain options in my treatment, the risks and outcomes as well as the costs.
