In the last few weeks I’ve had an extraction and a small filling. Both completed by Lucy at Chard. Top lady in her work and as a beautiful kind happy lady. All the staff at Chard in fairness are amazing. Feel at ease as soon as you enter. Only scary thing is the price but that’s just the way of the world.

The dentist is so friendly and kind to my children. She makes them feel at ease.

I had a check up and clean, both appointments went well and my dental hygienist was very friendly and gave me excellent advice.

Apart from waiting nearly 15 minutes for my appointment which was 15 minutes LATE.

Visited the hygienist for a deep clean. Am a very nervous patient but she was amazing, totally understood and put me at ease right away. Came out not worrying about next visit. Thankyou.

Attended today for a tooth extraction on my 12-year-old daughter who is neurodiverse the staff were patient kind and understanding to her needs and very supportive
