Hannah is beginning her first week as our new practice manager.
Hannah qualified as a dental nurse eight years ago. She has worked as a lead dental nurse and has also been a practice coordinator.
As the new practice manager, Hannah’s role is to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
On a day to day basis, that means managing the work of the clinical and non-clinical staff to meet the expectations of every patient who comes into the surgery. It is important to Hannah that patients are confident they are receiving the best personal service.
A significant aspect of the role also includes planning for the future of the practice. Hannah is looking forward to promoting the great work that the team does. With Hannah’s guidance, the practice will continue to go from strength to strength.
Hannah promotes oral health and knows the value of caring service!
A thorough knowledge of dental procedures and treatments means that Hannah can talk informatively with customers about their treatment plan. She’ll help her patients to reach good decisions about how they can realise their best smile!
Hannah says: “I’ll work closely with our dentist, Dr Vipul Jindal and our dental therapist, Jessica Walklate, so that patients know about the range of treatments we can offer. I plan to hold an open evening soon and will look at ways to accommodate patients who need appointments out of normal working hours.”
When she is not working, Hannah enjoys cooking and singing. She is also a regular at the gym. Her keen interest in nutrition and fitness helps to inform her work in dental care, as a healthy body is directly related to oral health!
