How often should I replace my toothbrush?
Many dental professionals recommend we change our toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. Once the bristles have frayed the brush becomes ineffective.
A new brush is a more effective dental product because it remove more plaque than a worn brush. The result? A much healthier mouth!

If you use an electric toothbrush, change the head section as you would a regular toothbrush. Dentists often recommend an electric toothbrush for more thorough, regulated cleaning. If a manual toothbrush is used well, then it is effective. But there are advantages to using an electric brush. Our team is always happy to offer advice.
