Each month, dental practices with an NHS contract return patient feedback to the NHS using a standard questionnaire.
Patients state whether or not they would recommend the surgery to their family and friends.
As we know, a recommendation is the best sort of reference! So that the administration team at SpaDental could gather patient feedback more efficiently, we ran a trial with the Plymouth and Whitchurch practices.
We sent patients who came to the surgery in December an email with online access to the Friends and Family Form.
The trial has been extremely successful!
