At SpaDental Ledbury we’re enjoying reading your reviews!
In April, we asked you to share your experiences with us. We’ve been emailing our patients to ask you to fill in on-line forms so that we know how your appointments went.
It’s been heart-warming to read the kind things that you’ve said about us in your reviews. Thank you!
Here are a few of the comments that we’ve received:
“Very professional. Always polite and helpful. Easy to get an appointment. Very professional and value for money on Denplan.” S.R.
“Dental perfection. Professional, friendly, considerate and thoughtful…….as always.” J.H.
“All staff kind and caring. I have always been treated with respect by everyone there and all are lovely to have a chat with. Dental work always good and hygienist very thorough, I would definitely recommend this practice.” L.C.
“Always a pleasure to attend the SpaDental surgery in Ledbury. My wife and I always find the way that we are treated at the Ledbury practice to be of the highest quality – this high regard covers both the professional and humane aspects of the service provided.” M.D.
“All staff are invariably polite and courteous, and act very professionally. Everyone, principals and assistants, are fully professional and well trained. They all make it known that the patients are the key element of the business. Every visit is completely assuring as regards quality and value for money.” G.M.
We can also share feedback from the CQC inspection of the practice earlier in May.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) uses five guiding questions to assess the work of the practice.
They ask if the services are:
- safe?
- effective?
- caring?
- responsive?
- well-led?
Once again, the practice met* the exacting standards of the relevant regulations. This is as we expect – SpaDental Ledbury always strive to provide the highest standard of care to our patients. This is why we appreciate your reviews and feedback, as well as approval from the CQC.
- The CQC considers that dentistry does not have as high a risk factor for patient well-being as some other services. The Commission does not apply the four tier rating system (red, amber, green and a star) to dental practices. A successful inspection of a dental practice is recorded as ‘no action required’ in all five categories.
