Awareness Saves Lives

Having a regular dental check up is an ideal way to make sure a visual mouth cancer examination is carried out.

During a routine appointment, dentists not only check your teeth, they also check your gums and soft tissue.

Mouth Cancer can occur in the lips, tongue, gums and cheek. As early detection is crucial for survival, it is essential to see your dentist or doctor as soon as you see something that is not normal.

Three signs that need mouth cancer action:

  3. HPV : The worlds most common sexually transmitted virus could become the leading cause of mouth cancer in the future. That’s why vaccinations are important.
