- GDC registration.
- a licence to work in the UK.
- a current NHS performer number and ability to be added to a small NHS contract.
- proof of up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccination.
- a valid DBS check.
- appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
- a desire to be integral to the growth, development and promotion of the practice.
