We know that it’s not only the skill and effectiveness of the dental treatment you receive that matters. We believe the personal care you receive when you visit the dentist is equally important. Kindness and respect for all dental patients makes a very important difference to your visit.
Haven’t been to a dentist for ages?
Don’t worry.
Feel confident that you will be treated with kindness and respect.
We’re not here to judge you, but to understand what the problem is and to help you.
In the dental profession, we see a lot of different patients, with a wide range of dental histories. Our clinicians look into a lot of different mouths, have knowledge of all kinds of different cases, and there’s nothing that will surprise them.
Embarrassed?
Don’t be.
Dental anxiety is real, and we understand.
Your dentist isn’t going to make you feel even worse than you already do. In fact, our job is to help you to feel better and more confident about your oral health. We understand that many people don’t like going to the dentist, avoid dentists even.
And we’ll do whatever we can to understand and help you.
We understand why, for one reason or another, people have problems withe their teeth. For example, a European study shows that women with larger families are at greater risk of having missing teeth. It’s perfectly understandable. Pregnancy takes a toll on the body, impacting on nutrition. And even with one child it’s hard for a mum to make time to look after her own needs.
Whatever difficulties you have faced, we’re here to help you.
Yes, we really do understand and we’re here to help.
Everyone at the dentist is here to help and support you with kindness and respect.
Because we believe that dental health matters, the past is history. Our aim is to help our patients always move forward in oral hygiene and dental care. No-one should live with dental pain, and everyone should be happy to smile.
