And there’s no reason why you can’t set yourself different objectives. Maybe set yourself the target of a non-smoking week. Or cut down? Or just smoke in the evenings. Living by a few rules can help to bring more discipline to control your habit. Working with will power is the cheapest way to give up smoking.

Just don’t leave the time to stop smoking until it’s too late. You don’t want it to be a doctor who tells you, “If only you had stopped…”
