Patient reviews of the Chard practice

I have always attended the dentist on a regular basis since a small child, but also since then, until now, have been a very nervous patient. I think, partly due to the fact early dental treatment was quite scary. However, I have never felt less worried and anxious about attending the dentist than I do now. Yes, I still am nervous, but have always found all of the staff here so patient, relaxed, and good at their jobs, that fear soon subsides. I also know that there is an holistic approach, which for someone like me is so helpful. I also feel more relaxed because I never feel rushed, and there is a general atmosphere of calm. I feel my oral hygiene has never been so good, and I’ve had some excellent repair work on my ageing teeth. I just wish I had started coming to this practice when I first moved to Chard.

40 years of treatment – need I say more?

I brought my daughter Grace in for her first ever check up at the dentist. The staff were all very welcoming and Juliet made us feel at ease in the surgery, would highly recommend this Practice.

I visit the hygienist 6 monthly, she is excellent.

I see the dentist annually, and have never had any problems. Any situations are explained in depth so you know exactly what is happening and why.

I have no hesitation in recommending the practice. Treatment and care has always been excellent, whether by dentist or hygienist.

As much as I do not like going to the dentist (childhood phobia)…. the staff have always been 1st class. Polite, courteous and understanding. Would highly recommend this team.

The dentist very friendly, always explains treatment and choice of approach, treatment costs explained. Nurse and reception staff give similar level of care and attention Excellent Practice.

Going to the dentist has always been something I would prefer to forget, but at Springfield the experience is always as pleasant as possible. The dentist is informative and calming so that the “ ordeal” is managed as efficiently as possible.

The reception staff are welcoming and polite and appointments are on time.
