Always pleasant and informative, makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

The staff are professional and friendly and the practice is clean and presentable. However, as a private patient, I’m becoming increasingly concerned at the price of treatment. If a commitment to freezing prices or even reducing them slightly was given, then I would be more inclined to remain a patient at the practice.

From the moment a walked into the surgery I was made to feel at ease. The reception staff through to the dentist are polite, informative and friendly. After suffering from mouth cancer I was extremely happy to finally find a dentist that would work on my teeth, the results are beyond my wildest dreams. A big thank you to Lucy and Maria

I was on the nhs waiting list for over a year before I was allocated spa dental. Lucy and the team are very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease. Any work done was discussed and explained properly and I couldn’t recommend them more. The reception staff are just as welcoming and friendly and I feel like the wait was worth it to have this great team looking after me.

The dentist I saw (Lucy??) was great! Really friendly and put my mind at ease.

My filling was completed as expected, but I have had some experience in the past of anaesthetic needing more time or even extra doses as I could still feel pain. It was only after my filling had been done I learned that I was given a milder form of anaesthetic which takes longer to act (drilling began immediately after it was given which explains why I could still feel it at first.)

I wish I had known there were different types of anaesthetic beforehand, I would have happily paid more for the stronger type if necessary as this would have reduced my anxiety due to past experiences.

My treatment was painless which is the first for me and I am 60. My treatment in and out of the chair was respectful, professional and friendly. Thank you so much as I will not be frightened to return.

The reception area is comfortable and relaxed with up-to date reading matter always available. The staff are all approachable and friendly. Dental care is carried out by experts who really know what they are doing and, as such, inspire confidence. The best possible treatment and outcome is always provided alongside full explanations and a respectful attitude.

I had Kath for years so it was hard getting to know Jo then Diana but I feel okay about it now añd grateful to Diana for referring me to Derriford hospital for a lump to be removed from my tongue. I knew my tongue was often sore or painful but just kept putting Bonjela on it.

Mr Fletcher and Zoe my Hygienist are both professional and respectful always.

Excellent dentist, helped put my nerves at ease as I am petrified of the dentist. Lucy and Maria are an amazing team and Tom is amazing too. So happy I found this dentist. My children are also very relaxed at coming here.

All staff are very courteous and professional, always ready to explain what treatement is needed and why. They are so good that my wife has transfred to them after 25 years with a private practice.
