*Please note that Child Membership does not include hygiene appointments. Child Membership is not available at SpaDental Chard, Plymouth, Saltash and Whitchurch due to NHS funding.
**Members are only charged for x-rays that are additional to their membership level allocation.
***Represents a surcharge for membership patients eligible for routine hygiene (included in their membership level), but who need additional appointment time for more extensive hygiene treatment.
****For members, this charge is applied to appointments additional to their agreement. Members who miss or late cancel an examination or hygiene appointment may book another with the member's discount applied.
