I was very nervous and tearful but was made to feel very at ease by the dentist and his assistant. even down to confirming my follow up appointments will be with the same dentist. I am very pleased.

I have done this before!Do find the prices rather steep, especially the hygienist, but as I was advised I do not have to have it, it is my choice.

Dr Fletcher managed to promptly provide treatment to stop the pain; undertook a procedure to ensure there was no long-term issues with the problem and has since then completed a permanent solution.

After being on the nhs dental waiting list for almost 2 years the whole experience of my first visit to a new dentist was a pleaseant surprise ! Excellent dentist with great support staff.

I’m so nervous at the dentist it is a deep fear and the treatment I’ve had from Lucy and the lady that assisted were amazing with me, I normally have a treatment and move dental practice because I cannot face going back but was much as I still strongly dislike the experience I feel I will be able to go back again when my check is due. I do find it hard contacting the practice in the first place to book an appointment or move e.t.c the majority of the time I get a voicemail facility and I cannot leave a message as normally I’m contacting during work hours and I cannot be called back

Miserable receptionist

Upon checking in for my recent appointment I found the receptionist rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. I didn’t know the name of my dentist and asked if I could just sign in with my name, to which she remarked ‘if only it was that simple’ whilst raising her eyes to the ceiling…. the receptionist’s comment was uncalled for, especially as it was overhead by at least 3 other patients waiting in the lobby area. I was made to feel belittled, uncomfortable and a bit stupid for not remembering my dentist’s name. I’d like to add that I was successfully signed in anyway…. When I was leaving, I pointed out that she made me feel unwelcome (I did also ensure there were no other patients present when I made this remark) and her face looked shocked but she did apologise. I should have asked for her name, but I didn’t. The receptionist in question was of medium build with short, dark hair. I was however, satisfied with the rest of this visit.

Love my Dentist

Dr. Mathew has been fantastic towards my son, who has not always been the easiest of patients. He explains how things are clearly. My complains: I got early (OK, that was just me). At some point there were people standing from the lack of chairs and a mum sat on the floor. There was a syringe needed on the carpet, and when leaving, the three staff members were busy and I was told I had to wait. I did wait patiently but a generous amount of time. One staff apologise for that. I thought what is so important that ca not be stopped for a while to give me an appointment?. Finally, as mentioned before, I came early and yet, I saw people coming after me being received first and I was received after my appointment time
