There is little more that I can add except to say that the appointment which I had was organised without any real delay; the staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful; the wait for the treatment was quite acceptable and the dentist examined thd problem and explained everything fully. I was completely satisfied

I was satisfied that I was able to book an appointment on the day that I was free however unsatisfied that I could not get an appointment with the hygienist on the same day/time and having to ring back for another appointment.

Lovely helpful staff. My dentist Diana is so kind and puts me, a very nervous patient at ease.

I have been attending Spa Dental Practice for nearly 20 years. I find the staff friendly, helpful and very professional. I am generally nervous around dentists but Mr Fletcher is an excellent practitioner who takes the time to explain his work and involve me in decisions about dental care. I have had few problems with my teeth in the time I have been attending the practice. The only downside is parking and access – but who has not got this problem in Plymouth?!

Spa Dental have look after me for a number of years and I would highly recommend it .I am a Denplan patient so no nothing about NHS charges but feel sure that all patients are treated expertly .Iam not a good patient having always been extremely nervous but can honestly say this the best care I have ever received both from Stephen and Zoe or Tom and their nurses .Everyone has always been helpful and cheerful and made me feel comfortable and if I have any waiting time I love having up to date classy magazines to read in the upstairs waiting area!!

The overall treatment at my dentist is second to none. The only thing that gets my blood boil is trying too get them too answer the fone too make an appointment. I had too try 3 days before someone answered the fone too me.

On my last visit my appointment was for 9.10am , arrived at the surgery at 9.05 am ( I do not like being late for appointments). Not seen by the hygienist until 9.30am and informed both the hygienist and the receptionist that I was not happy. Every time I attend an appointment with either the hygienist or the dentist I am kept waiting ( even when my appointment is 8.15am in the morning ! ). I sit and observe the staff wondering around with hot drinks whilst their patients are waiting to see them- in my business I get in early and have a drink , not whilst clients are waiting to see me ! I am self employed therefore I need to be seen at the time I expect to be seen. I accept that things do happen which causes delays however EVERY time I attend this practice I am kept waiting .

I have always found staff to be polite and professional. I feel I am treated as an individual and my questions are always answered fully

Excellent service and a great practice. The reception/ nurse staff are lovely and Matthew is an outstanding lovely Dentist, he is very gentle and talks you through everything he is doing. 10/10 service and an outstanding surgery that offers an NHS service. Keep up the great work 🙂
