As a new patient it was very easy to fill out the online forms and register. I got my initial appointment within a couple of weeks. The reception staff are very warm,friendly and helpful. The dentist that I saw again was very warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable and the examination didn’;t feel rushed as I’ve experienced before as an NHS patient. The options for further treatment I needed were explained to me, including the price options. Overall it was a very professional experience and I feel happy to have chosen this dental practice

As in previous visits, excellent service provided by all the staff from reception to the hygienist and the assistant nurse.

The dental surgery are always very efficient, kind and professional. Both of my young children attend, and they feel comfortable and are treated with respect and understanding.

Receptionist was very good on arrival, and the dentist took time to explain what their assessment findings were with regards to my child

Marion and her partner was very helpful and approachable during our visit. She informed us of my kids teeth condition and what are next steps to help with the current problem. Kudos to both of them.

We moved our son to Spa Dental as he needs additional time and support for dental treatment. The dentist was calm, patient and gave our son lots of time to familiarise himself with the practise and work around his needs for his dental treatment.

Mrs Ramya Kesav an exceptional dentist who has clinical expertise with a warm and caring manner. Her meticulous attention to detail and gentle approach made my daughter a comfortable experience. I highly recommend her

she is so gentle and explains everything so clearly, making the whole experience way less scary for my 3 year old daughter.
