Patient reviews of the Saltash practice

I need treatment where I was told sooner rather than later was best but I couldn’t book in until March 2020. I understand that there is a shortage in dental practices and I’m luck to have one but the waiting time I feel is excessive. The service is good although I have never been offered to see the hygienist

I have been using Rominia as my dentist for years, she is kind, gentle and very caring. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else!

I was in and out of the surgery within 10 mins, waiting time, form filling and examination and new appointment made. Fantastic service, great staff.

I have been with this dental surgery for 5 years. The staff are always very helpful.

My wife & I had apparently, the first appt of the day at 10am & 1010am. We got to the surgery early approx 20 minutes early only to find it closed. We walked around until 10am as we had seen the opening times stating that the door to Surgery was not open until 10am. On getting booked in and doing the admin paperwork we thought that we would be first in as one of our appointments was 10am. By this time there were other patients waiting and surprisingly 2 of them were seen before my wife with her 10am appointment even though the Surgery did not open till 10am which was a bit peculiar to us we saw as mentioned the Surgery didn’t open till 10am so there couldn’t have been a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Not a complaint but just filling out the review as I experienced on the day. More than happy with my quality of service provided.

I have been with spa dental for many years now and on the basis of past experience I would say it is conveniently local and provides a high standard professional service that I would not hesitate to recommend to others. My only reservation is will this continue under recently email advised transfer to new owners.

I was dissapionted that I did not get to see my usual dentist,Ramona but must assume that she was busy with other patients .However the young man dentist was very thourgh . He did suggest that I saw the hygienist but at £40 I am afraid that it was something that I could not afford.

I feel I am treated with thought care and understanding. I have a needle phobia and I’m always made to comfortable and confident in what my dentist is doing. They are so patient a service I can’t fault at all.

I was seen to arrange a denture fitting after having surgery in Derriford hospital for a gum infection which meant a tooth being removed. Treatment is ongoing at present so can not give full satisfaction to my treatment at the present time.

I needed a crown and all went well thank you. [My dentist] did a good job

It would be reassuring to see a print out or written breakdown of treatment cost / any predicted treatment cost.
