Adrien is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I am 79. Very pleased.

Dentist is always very pleasant and helpfull

Signed up with the surgery when it first opened in Saltash. I have had the pleasure of the same dentist all these years and am more than happy with treatment and friendliness I receive. Quite a long wait if booking an unscheduled appointment but have always managed to get seen. Glad they now have a web site. Or maybe I’ve only just found it.

I’m really happy that I have treatment at this surgery, the whole experience is extremely efficient. The surgery itself, toilet, and the waiting room is spotlessly clean. The reception staff are always polite. The dentist and hygienist are absolutely brilliant at their jobs, they know exactly what they’re doing and are really good at advising the patient what to do with our teeth. A truly outstanding dental practice. Thank you!

My only negative is that it is hard to get an appointment after work, otherwise everything is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My dentist Adrian is the absolute best. He is very professional, informative and caring. The Saltash dental practice I attend is extremely lucky to have him.

As my ratings will reflect, I am really grateful that good fortune has delivered me into the care of Adrian for all my dental care. The staff generally are always polite and kind in their approach, but I must centre my report on Adrian , who is not only highly skilled and understansing in his work, but is always willing to pursue the finest detail in order to provide complete satisfaction.

Just one further comment regarding the ‘dignity and respect’ by staff. It is possible to go a little overboard with guidance lines. For the 21st Century, I think the ‘Sir’ part of the approach to clients, is rather too formal and tends towards division rather than friendship. If the Dentist is willing to accept a Christian name, (as it nappears in Adrian’s case, it is), then where possible, Christian names all round, are highly preferable.

Staff are always welcoming and keep me informed. I receive useful information from the hygienist. It was disappointing to have my appointment postponed due to lack of staff but I appreciate this was no fault of the practice. I am happy with the service they provide.

First met my dentist, Dr Ramona Ropelewska-Kaniewska in Liskeard so was delighted when she came to Saltash (where I live). Feel very lucky to have such an excellent NHS dentist in town and the practice has always been run well. Long may it continue.

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful! Just a shame about the difficulty in getting through the phone line as well as the wait time for an appointment (but i guess that’s the way things are everywhere currently).
